Easy Gluten Free Pasta. I use RP's fresh gluten-free fusilli pasta (found at Giant Eagle) and a jar of Classico Creamy Alfredo sauce. I also used a pre-packaged bag of fresh cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli that I steamed and then chopped up.

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil and butter. Turn down heat to low, add parmesan cheese, black pepper and red pepper flakes to mixture. Keep Warm.
  2. Cook Pasta al dente. Drain and mix pasta into garlic sauce mixture. Pour jar of Alfredo sauce onto pasta and mix well. Fold in chopped vegetables.
