This is a super easy salad dressing I found it in Everyday Food. It's suprisingly creamy given that there's no cream, buttermilk, or mayonaise in it. I highly recommend it. It's easily doubled or tripled as well.
- 44.37 ml olive oil
- 14.79 ml white wine vinegar (white vinegar is fine)
- 14.79 ml Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- fresh herb (optional)
- Mix all ingredients and stir or shake vigorously.
Very nice dressing, and no special ingredients needed. For the optional herbs, I added freshly ground black and red peppercorns. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Make for Spring PAC 2009
