Recipe from Mom. Use over your favorite tossed salad recipe.
- 1⁄3 cup wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup half-and-half cream or 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 -3 garlic cloves
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Blend until very smooth.
- May be refrigerated but.
- Shake up thoroughly again or return to blender before serving.
- Makes 1 3/4 cups.
