This is my FAVORITE dessert! Once you try it you;ll want it ALL the time! And it's super easy and fun to make! And with only 170 calories or so, you can have it whenever! Yummy!

Um this recipe is not 170 calories. Recipezaar didn't include the pudding.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup prepared sugar-free pudding, flavor of choice
  • 12 cup mixed berry
  • 14 banana (Sliced)
  • 14 cup whipped cream


  1. Put a small spool of pudding in the bottom of your parfait glass.
  2. Then add a layer of bananas.
  3. On top of that put a layer of berries.
  4. Then a layer of pudding.
  5. Than a layer of whipped cream.
  6. Continue this prosses as desired.
