This is a great dipping sauce for fruits. It is quick, easy, and does well at parties.
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Chill for at least one hour to blend flavors.
- Serve with your favorite fruit.
My 4 yr old grandson liked this with the fruit kabobs he made. We only used 1 TBS of brown sugar splenda and thought it was light & refreshing with the fruit. Since I made such a drastic change in the quantity of sugar I am not rating the recipe. Made for PAC Spring '09
