This recipe uses 1 clove of elephant garlic which equals in size to a bulb of regular garlic. Elephant garlic is milder then regular. Adjust to taste.
- 1 pint mayonnaise
- 4 ounces cream
- 1 ounce lemon juice, and zest
- 1 elephant garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
