I found this recipe on the back of a Cool Whip container. I thought it sounded good but I have not had a chance to try it yet.
- Cut banana into pieces, cut orange into quarters.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Serve in tall chilled glass.
I was getting a cold and this sounded refreshing for my scratchy throat. It was very frosty and the Cool Whip (low-fat) was a nice touch. Thanbks UmmHumza for posting. Roxygirl
