This is an excellent base but both my boyfriend and I think it needs something more - perhaps some pepper, extra garlic (I added two crushed cloves in place of the garlic salt) or more onions. It was just a tad too bland. I will doctor it up though because it is good. Thanks for posting!
Very good potatoes that went perfect with Grilled Salmon With Dilled Mustard Glaze - together they tasted a bit like a Scandavian supper - very good! However I made a few changes to the recipe by cutting the recipe in half and adding a few carrots. I also used dill seed instead of dried dill (out of) and forgot the garlic salt. Thanks for sharing!
