Salade de Concombre à la Crème au Curry. Based on a recipe from Simply French, the cookbook where Patricia Wells presents the cuisine of Joël Robuchon.
I used thick creme fraiche and 1 teaspoon of madras curry powder for a DEELISH dip/salad! LOVED this, but then I love cukes and curry! Made for Veg'N'Swap June 2010 and a keeper for me. FT:-) (Photos to be posted)

This was a nice, fresh and super creamy salad that had a lovely tangy flavour to it.
The curry was a special touch that I enjoyed, but I wish you had given some guidance on how much to use as I was a little lost and maybe added a tad too much.
Other than that a wonderful little recipe that I will surely make again.
