A delicious, easy, 5-ingredient cucumber salad to prepare. Daughter Jen loves this salad, because there's no onion in it. It's also a family favorite!
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup 5% white vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups peeled and thinly sliced, cucumbers
- In a bowl, combine salad dressing, sugar, vinegar and salt.
- Add the sliced cucumbers; stir to coat.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
I have been looking for this recipe for a long time! My grandma used to make it for family get togethers and it was my favorite. Really yummy and just like Grams! I used truvia instead of sugar to spare the calories.
This was tasty. I added some celery salt out of personal preference.It went together quickly and really helped me use up some of my cucumbers.
