This goes great on a ham sandwich or try it on a turkey and bacon sandwich.
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup crushed cranberry sauce
- 1⁄3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- In a small bowl mix all ingredients.
- Keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
