- 5 lbs frozen corn
- 16 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 5⁄8 cup butter
- 1⁄3 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
directions
- Put all ingredients into a large crock pot.
- Cook on high for two hours.
- Cook another two hours on low.
- Stir occasionally until all ingredients are well mixed.
