Creamy and cheesy. Everyone loves this recipe. We have a Halloween party every year at work and we all bring something made with pumpkins or corn as an ingredient. This was a favorite last year.
- 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans corn (undrained)
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 1 (16 ounce) jar Cheese Whiz
- Mix all ingredients well and pour into crock pot.
- Cook for 3 to 4 hours on high.
This great dish was a hit at my "Crockpot Picnic"! Comfort food at its best. Easy to prepare and went well with the BBQ ribs, chicken and burgers. Thank you Theresa, for your kind help. :-)
This is comfort food at its best! So creamy and delicious. I wasn't sure if the macaroni should be measured before or after cooking, so I used 2 c. cooked macaroni and drained the whole kernel corn. It was perfect! We can't wait to have it again!
Not bad, but oddly bland. I even added some onion salt to it, but next time might add some chopped peppers and cheddar cheese to give it more flavor.
