This is really good casserole. It's so easy to make. I used ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs and I would recommend covering the top of the casserole with them. You don't really have to use too much butter, its only so the crackers don't burn.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (19 ounce) cans creamed corn
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 12 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons margarine


  1. Mix the sour cream and cream corn together.
  2. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs and margarine over top.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until set.
