Simple & easy to make. Kids can help. (I got this off the back of a graham cracker box.)
- 1 1⁄2 cups whipped cream, thawed
- 24 graham crackers, squares
- Spread 2 tablespoons whipped cream on 12 of the graham crackers.
- Top with remaining 12 graham crackers.
- Place on cookies sheet and freeze for 3 hours or until the whipped cream is firm.
- Eat and enjoy, or you can wrap them individually and store in freezer for up to a week.
