This is my mother's coleslaw dressing. She also used it on a salad she made with nothing but lettuce and sliced eggs. Either way, it's great.
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat mayonnaise or 1⁄2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat sour cream or 1⁄2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 dash salt & pepper
