Creamy Coleslaw

"I love all kinds of coleslaw, but this is my favorite, after putting a lot of recipes together."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1 -2 tablespoon sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 16 ounces coleslaw mix (or 1/2 small cabbage chopped)

directions

1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl, and stir until combined smoothly.
2. Add the coleslaw mix, or cabbage and toss until well coated with dressing.
3. Chill and serve.
