  • in a small bowl combine mayo, salt, sugar, and half and half. whisk together until smooth. whisking is the key to this recipe as it makes the mixture creamy. pour mixture over cole slaw mix and fold together until mixture evenly covers slaw. refrigerate for a few hours before serving -- overnight is best.

  1. I was out of the ingredients I use for my "usual" coleslaw so came here to look for another recipe. I followed the recipe as written other then I didn't use the splash of half and half and I used Splenda instead of sugar. We all enjoyed this.
