My family loves this coleslaw. It's quick and easy to make.
- 1 (16 ounce) bagpreshredded coleslaw mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and toss to coat.
- Let sit in fridge for atleast two hours before serving.
Really nice recipe that just needed some tweaking. I reduced the sugar and vinegar to just 2 Tbsp each (knowing I could add more if needed) but it was fine as is. As another reviewer wrote, it needed something to make it 'pop' so I added some salt, black pepper, and celery seed. Went great with dinner tonight. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for PRMR.
