Really nice recipe that just needed some tweaking. I reduced the sugar and vinegar to just 2 Tbsp each (knowing I could add more if needed) but it was fine as is. As another reviewer wrote, it needed something to make it 'pop' so I added some salt, black pepper, and celery seed. Went great with dinner tonight. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for PRMR.

This was lacking something. I searched some other recipes then decided to add some cream, salt, & pepper. Made for PRMR Holiday Tag

Made for great coleslaw! Have been busy preparing 'ready to use' salad dressings to keep on hand instead of the marketed ones. Made salad for two using just enough to make a creamy slaw which we enjoyed. Loved the use of cider vinegar. Used packets of sugar substitute to sweeten to taste - likely a touch less them the 1/3 cup . Rest of the dressing in a jar ready for dressing the next salad. Thank you for sharing.

Very simple & easy & very tasty, too! Thought about adding some raisins, but decided to go as is, & IT'S A GREAT SLAW! Will definitely keep it on hand to make again! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Beverage Tag]

I loved the creaminess of it. But it was too sweet. We had to add more cabbage. Another time I'll try with Splenda, but just a little quantity and add more if needed. Thanks Bonnette. Made for Zaar Star Game

What a difference a couple hours in the fridge makes. I had to of course taste it right after I mixed everything together and it was good. I put it away in the fridge and served it with boiled Maine shrimp and it was awesome! I loved the flavors and from 4 ingredients, took maybe 3 minutes to put it all together. Thank you for posting this recipe!

Easy and quick which worked well for me! I used sugar and apple cider vinegar. I scaled the recipe back for one. Thanks! Sorry I didn't get a pic, too hungry!

Splenda being unavailable in Greece, I just used sugar, to taste, going for a nice sweet-sour tang in the dressing. Creamy and delicious. You can't go wrong with a good, basic recipe like this.

This is how we make coleslaw. We only use one or two packets of regular Splenda, and maybe a little more mayonnaise. Easy and yummy. We think cider vinegar is important to the taste.
