This recipe is for those times when you crave for something cool and sweet but not too sweet.

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot coffee.
  2. Beat egg yolk.
  3. Add half of the sugar in dissolved gelatin and milk.
  4. Beat egg whites.
  5. Add the remaining sugar and continue beating until stiff.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Cook egg yolk mixture over low heat.
  8. Cool slightly.
  9. Fold in egg whites mixture.
  10. Pour into molder.
  11. Chill before serving.
