- 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
- 3⁄4 cup undiluted evaporated milk
- 6 cups powdered sugar
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Melt butter in a 2- quart sucepan.
- Add milk,powdered sugar and cocoa.
- Stir over low heat until smooth and creamy.
- Makes about 3 cups.
