Nice and tangy with a creamy twist. Adapted from an Ocean Spray recipe.
- 1⁄2 cup pink grapefruit juice
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream or 1⁄2 cup vanilla yogurt
- Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on high speed or until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Makes 2 servings.

This was a tasty little breakfast treat this morning. I doubled the recipe (for 4 people) and used half vanilla yogurt & half ice cream (yes for breakfast - necessary for "body" in a smoothie). My kids loved it! Thanks for the post. ZWT 2007
