This turned out great. I used regular 2% milk and it was nice and creamy. The zucchini was an interesting ingredient.

Best soup I've ever made! It took some time but it was well worth the effort. We ate it all in one night and have plans to make another pot tomorrow! I changed and added some veggies for personal prefernce (omitted carrots, added mushrooms, onions, green peppers). Hint: use fresh parley at the end for a great taste!

I thought this was really good! Nice and creamy. I did add a little cheddar to it, but I'm a cheese freak and put it on everything. I would have given it 5 stars, but the man didn't like it at all. I figured his taste had to come into play since I make him try everything too. To each his own. I liked it, more for me!!! Thanks Judy!

I used wild rice instead of white rice which took a little longer to cook - but it added a different dimension to the recipe. We topped it with grated cheddar cheese. Definitely a keeper. The whole family liked it.

This was wonderful! best soup I've ever made. I did omit the zucchini and add brocolli. Yummy! I also added some cheddar cheese to it. This recipe is awesome!
