Creamy tortilla soup.
- 4 (10 ounce) cansdiced tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel)
- 4 (4 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 (30 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 cup corn
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- grated cheddar cheese
- Mix Rotel & chicken broth in a pot.
- Add refried beans & corn bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken; simmer 5 minutes.
- Place in bowls and add chips and cheese.
