Came up with this when I had some leftover chicken I needed to use.
Make and share this Creamy Chicken Salad With Almonds & Tarragon recipe from Food.com.
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried tarragon
- salt and pepper
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Add chicken.
- Enjoy! Tastes great right after making, but tastes even better after it has chilled and the flavors have blended.
