Creamy Chicken Casserole

"This is a great tasting, easy casserole. A few frozen peas, or canned carrots is a nice touch if you want more color."

  1. Loved this casserole a lot!! I added a can of chicken and mushroom soup and it still tasted wonderful. Thank you, Inez.

  2. Yummy, filling and extremely easy to make!!! If you are crunched for time and want something that anyone would enjoy, this is the recipe for you! I added fresh onion, carrot and celery for a little extra zing and color and put it over rice:))

  3. This was a tasty dish! I did make a few adjustments to it. I added broccoli and a half box of noodles to give it a little more texture, i wanted more than just chicken(why it got a 4, not a 5) Delicious and so easy!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
