Made this last night for supper, It was soooooo yummy! :-)....... Delicious sauce, I love recipes that call for wine....I cook with wine in most of my recipes, so when I saw a casserole with wine, I decided to give it a try, I certainly was not dissapointed....very good recipe Tish, thank you for posting, This is a keeper:-)

We loved it the first time. But the next time I substituted 1 c. parmesan for one of the cheddar cheese and only put one cup of cheddar cheese. I'm a big parmesan fan. My kids loved it.

Very yummy! I made this recipe to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey. I didn't have any wine, so I left it out. I also used noodles in place of rotini, because it's what I had on hand. I used more than 2 cups of noodles--probably around 4 cups--I just covered the bottom of the pan. And I used about double the topping and included some walnuts for half of the crackers. Thanks for sharing!

Tastes yummy! I used an 11x 17 pan and added extra crackers on top. I used Sam's canned chicken (2 13 oz. containers) and it worked out fine. You could add bacon to make it even yummier!

Tish, this was so good. I had left over spaghetti pasta in the frig so I used that instead of the rotini pasta and it worked well. Since there's only 2 of us, I was able to not only freeze half of it, but also freeze two small single servings for my 87 year old aunt.
I served it with sliced cucumbers, warm french bread and french cut green beans.

Very good dish. Extremely rich and cheesy. This would be good with other cheeses as well. I was thinking of trying it with pepper jack next time. This is a good way to use up leftover chicken and really is like a very rich mac & cheese with chicken. Would be good with broccoli added. I did have to put the sauce back on the heat for a few minutes to get all the cream cheese melted. I think I used a little more pasta as well but there is a lot of sauce so it worked out fine. Thanks for a great recipe!
