  1. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray (such as Pam).
  2. Add chicken, cover and cook 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic powder (if desired).
  4. Add soup and milk; Bring to boil.
  5. Stir in rice and broccoli; cover.
  6. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup of cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
