      I loved the flavor of this rice! The sweetness of the carrot and onions was a nice contrast. I used long grain basmati rice which did not get "creamy." Next time I would stick with regular rice or the arborio to get a creamy texture. Made for Football Tag.

      Beautiful recipe. I loved the wine, Parmesan and carrot juice. I made the mistake of trying to drink the healthy juice. It's pretty terrible on its own. In the recipe, it's great. Made for football pool.
