I just made this today and my family loved it! :) I'm 15 so I had some help with a few things, but it came out great. I hope to make it again soon.

This was absolutely phenomenal, however I made a few changes. Instead of using chicken, I added scallops, shrimp, and calamari. I cooked some mussels (still in the shell) in some white wine and served them tucked into the side of the pile of pasta on each plate. I had a dish in South Carolina that had all the seafood in it like that, so I decided to try it out. It wasa HUUUGE hit with my family...made it for my mom's birthday as a surprise...cost a fortune to get all the ingredients but it was well worth it. :)

This was YUMMMMMY! What a great way to spice up a cream sauce, loved it! My MIL and I had a girl's dinner and we so enjoyed this dish. Thanks for sharing!

This was a delicious receipe. A bit spicy for me but that's not unusual...my family absolutely loved it. I did not have any cajun seasoning so I used Kittencal's Best Creole/Cajun Seasoning #186029 .....yummy! Thanks for a great meal I will definitely be making again. I plan to add peppers the next time.

Absolutely delicious! Gourmet meal in about 20 minutes! This truly tastes as if it came from a 5 star restaurant! This is the one to cook if you are having company over. Excellent!

So far this is my favorite recipe on this website !!!! I used Tony's for the Cajun seasoning. I Followed the recipe exactly how it was written ( like i wish everyone would do before posting your reviews with all your changes to recipe ). Made this again last night, but this time I added
a doz jumbo shrimp along with the chicken and once again it was out of this world. Thanks for posting this unbelievable recipe

WONDERFUL!!!! The kids ate it in no time flat! Very easy to make and made the whole house smell fantastic! The only thing I did different was use fresh basil instead of dried, added more. Next time instead of garlic powder I am going to try sauteing the chicken with fresh garlic. Only change I plan on making! Thank you so much Lorac for this great addition to the family cook book!

I thought this was delicious, almost restaurant quality. Am not sure what everyone was saying about it having a kick to it, though. I did not find it spicy enough. I added some cajun seasoning to the top of mine for a little extra heat. The only change I made to this recipe was using a clove of fresh garlic rather than garlic powder. Next time I would add a little cayenne pepper too.

I thought this recipe was great! I had to use Creole seasoning instead of Cajun, but it tasted great anyway. I will make note to reduce the amount of cream next time.
