Interesting.....I have a head of cabbage right now and it's the perfect time of year to make soup... UPDATE: Well I finally made this for supper tonight...I did like it but I added a spin to it...I added potatoes, ham and butter to it. So it was kind of like creamy cabbage, potato and ham... Oh and I also had to use chicken stock because I couldn't find veggie stock for it... With all of these modifications I enjoyed it very much as did my husband...Thanks for sharing.


  1. Boil together cabbage and broth until cabbage is soft.
  2. Sprinkle in white pepper to taste.
  3. Insert immersion blender into pot, and blend until creamy.
  4. add soymilk for extra creaminess.
