Ultimate, easiest comfort food.
- Boil together cabbage and broth until cabbage is soft.
- Sprinkle in white pepper to taste.
- Insert immersion blender into pot, and blend until creamy.
- add soymilk for extra creaminess.
Interesting.....I have a head of cabbage right now and it's the perfect time of year to make soup... UPDATE: Well I finally made this for supper tonight...I did like it but I added a spin to it...I added potatoes, ham and butter to it. So it was kind of like creamy cabbage, potato and ham... Oh and I also had to use chicken stock because I couldn't find veggie stock for it... With all of these modifications I enjoyed it very much as did my husband...Thanks for sharing.
