A family favorite-Fast, easy and delicious!
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 10 ounces broccoli
- 1⁄2 cup milk or 1⁄2 cup cream
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 10 ounces spaghetti
- boil pasta el dente.
- boil broccoli el dente.
- puree broccoli,chicken broth,butter,cheese and milk.
- Toss with pasta.
This was just OK for us. I followed the recipe other then I had a 16 ounce bag of brocolli so I doubled the sauce. It was good but bland. I did add a bunch of pepper but think it was still missing something. I was the only one that ate it.
I found this surprisingly good!! Being a garlic freak I did add three cloves of raw garlic and this added a bit of spice and flavour. I used rotini pasta. It "caught" all the sauce perfectly. Thanks evelync
I found this to be very bland, even after adding some basic seasoning (minced onion, garlic pepper, etc). I added two cans of chopped chicken to make it a complete meal. Overall, it was OK, but I don't think I'll be making it again. Thanks anyway!
