From Vern's Cheese. Tip: Shred the Brick cheese when it is just out of the refrigerator and still cold.
- 8 ounces wisconsin brick cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Combine Brick cheese, cream cheese and hot pepper sauce; blend until smooth.
- Spread on cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread or crisp crackers or bagel chips. Warm in microwave oven if desired.
