Having made my own graham cracker pie crust, I then followed your recipe for a simply delicious kicked-up version of the comfort food, banana cream pie!   1. In a bowl, combine milk, sour cream and Splenda.
  2. Whisk in pudding mix then fold in whipped topping.
  3. Place lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. Slice bananas into juice and stir gently to coat.
  5. Set aside 1/3 cup, spoon remaining banana slices into the crust.
  6. Top with pudding mixture, blueberries and reserved banana slices.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
