  1. I thought it was a great base recipe for my needs which is low sodium. I used more vinegar and only a little EVOO and less mayo and left out the salt ( I have found adding extra vinegar eliminates the need for salt). I also added tons of fresh garlic and cracked lemon pepper, oregano and a pinch of cayenne and it was just awesome. I also had to substitute the Dijon mustard with Boars Head honey mustard for the sodium reasons but just gave it an even zestier flavor. Oh and for those that want it creamier add more mayo or Greek plain yogurt (like at least a 1/4 cup, that is what makes it creamier:).

  2. This was OK, but just not the creamy dressing I was thinking it would be. I used fresh chives and parsley for this.

  3. Made this 3 days ago and used it last night on my salad and it was very good (especially with the strawberries in my salad). Thanks for a quick and easy dressing.

  4. This is fast and easy to make, but it is not quite the creamy dressing I was expecting. I am trying to duplicate our favorite dressing from a restaurant, but no luck so far. I am guessing the recipe I am looking for will have more mayonnaise and less oil. Thanks for sharing.

  5. This was quite good. I did not have fresh herbs and used about 1/2 t. dried instead. It went well with our tossed salad served with spaghetti dinner.

The onl thing I would ask, is that I'd love to know what you did or did not like about it. I'm still learning, so input is greatly appreciated!!!
