Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

"This is a very simple delicious dressing that I got the idea for at a local restaurant here in Baltimore. I hadn't had any other Balsamic Vinagarettes like it so I had to make my own. I came pretty close and think this tastes wonderful! On top of some spring mix salad, with feta or goat cheese and some tomatoes.... HEAVEN!!!"

  1. This was so good. Very easy to make, with the exception of the shaking!!! The only substitution I made was low fat mayo (the olive oil based one from Kraft) Used it on romaine with tomatoes, walnuts, craisins and crumbled goat cheese, goooood salad!!! Thanks for the recipe!
