A low-calorie dressing with nonfat Greek yogurt as the base. Light on fat, heavy on flavor. You can use regular yogurt too!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 59.14 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 14.79 ml light soy sauce
  • 22.18 ml Dijon mustard
  • 22.18 ml honey
  • 44.37 ml nonfat Greek yogurt (may substitute regular nonfat yogurt but finished product will be a little different)
  • 7.39 ml extra-virgin olive oil


  1. Mix well. Store in refrigerator.
