Creamy Balsamic Dressing Low Cal and Yummy

A low-calorie dressing with nonfat Greek yogurt as the base. Light on fat, heavy on flavor. You can use regular yogurt too!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 12 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 12 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt (may substitute regular nonfat yogurt but finished product will be a little different)
  • 12 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil


  1. Mix well. Store in refrigerator.
