  1. Loved this! I made extra marinade and made into a gravy. I also sauteed onions and mushrooms and reduced them with a balsamic vinegar. Topped the chicken with the onions/mushrooms and goat cheese. Put a little gravy on top...Mouth watering!

  2. I really enjoy balsalmic vinegar and I really enjoyed this dish. It was easy to make and goes great with a nice crisp salad and some yogurt for dessert. The vinegar flavors the chicken nicely and the ranch dressing adds a nice zip.

  3. I loved this -- thank you, thank you!! Told my sisters (4!) and they klove it too!

  4. This was tasteless. I marinated it for 30 minutes and it had no flavor. Would not make it again

  5. This is EXCELLENT! I never thought to combine my two favourite things in a marinade before. I doubled the marinade, then marinated in a zip-top plastic bag for about an hour, then dumped the whole thing in a glass baking dish and baked, turning the breasts instead of using the marinade as a basting liquid. Tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. The only thing is, the times on this recipe have to be wrong. You can't marinate for 30 minutes and bake for 30 minutes, and get 40 minutes total time.
