  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crabmeat, green onions, milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  3. Place mixture in an ovenproof serving dish.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until heated.
