Creamy Bacon Coleslaw (No Pork)

  • Mix the mayo, honey, vinegar, seasonings together.
  • Add pecans and bacon.
  • Add cabbage until it looks like the consistency you like.
  • Put in frig for at least an hour (bacon tastes like the real thing after a while). Very good.

  1. Did you ever make the CREAMY BACON COLESLAW with Splenda? How did the Splenda react with the vinegar? Can apple cider vinegar be used for this recipe?

I live in Freedom. I have so many recipes and cookbooks with only one recipe that I like in that I started making what I call "Mommy's Cookbook" for my DD. In my family when the grandparents died we also lost some really good recipes. I don't want that to happen to us, thus, "Mommy's Cookbook". I am a stay at home mom and home school my DD. She is starting to cook along side me which is awesome.
