I LOVE THESE!! My mom used to sell pampered chef when I was a kid, and I loved these. I made them for christmas eve and they'll definatly reappear for NYE. The only thing I changed was using bacon bits instead of fresh bacon. Waaaaaaaaaay faster and much easier then getting bacon ick all over the place.

I made these this weekend for poker night. They were a huge hit! The whole family loved them! And they were so easy to make too. The only variation I added was a goof on my part...I forgot to add the pepper into the cream cheese mixture so I sprinkled a little on top of each one instead. Still fabulous! These are fast, easy, fun and delicious!

I am happily married to my best friend and we just bought our first house! No kids but we have 2 little dogs that we think the world of. I was born in California and although I have been on the East Coast for most of my life I am still displaced! I love the beach and hate the cold! In our free time we love to go to the beach or the mountains and hike or intertube down the lazy Shenendoah River. It is so beautiful there! I have loved to cook all of my life and will read cookbooks like they are novels!
