Original review 12 July 2011: Perfection on a plate! Local wildflower honey, local sour cream. That sweet/sharp taste really hit the spot! Reviewed for Veg Tag/July. Re-reviewed: Same as above except this time we added a few red and green seedless grapes and of course Oregon-made cheddar cheese! Reviewed for Veg Tag/January 2012

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream, honey, and brown sugar, in a small bowl, and stir well.
  2. Cut apples into 1/2in. x 1/2in. x 1/2in. cubes, and place in a bowl big enough to hold it all. Add sour cream mixture, and toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 20 minutes.
  3. Garnish with a few slices of the cheese.
  4. Enjoy!
