Yes, excellent casserole. I made it as directed, I did half the recipe and it still made plenty. Even better the next day! I used frozen peas and corn, (oops, just saw the recipe called for carrots! well, I'm afraid I used corn, but it was great ....) and English mustard powder.
Definitely, great comfort food, thanks Auvan!

This is the BEST tuna casserole I have ever had. I .used the mustard and I think you are really cheating yourself if you omit it. I only used a little the first time but I am making it again today and will use a little more. Scrumptious!

Ahhh, this is comfort food at its best. I made it exactly as posted and wouldn't change a thing. Never had tuna casserole with mustard in it and we really liked it this way. Thanks for sharing a great recipe, Auvan.

This was great. Peas AND carrots are a MUST for tuna noodle! I think the cream cheese made it very rich. I did use wide egg noodles, instead of the rotini, didn't use the mustard, and added in a small sauteed onion and clove of garlic.... and it was just like mom's (maybe even a little better- but don't tell) Thanks for sharing.
