I found this in First magazine. It looks delicious.
- 2 clementines
- 1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt, slightly thawed
- 1 pint orange sorbet, slightly thawed
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice
- Peel and segment the clementines; freeze segments 5 minutes, or until firm.
- In blender, combine all ingredients; puree until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour into 5 chilled glasses.
- Garnish with clementine segments, if desired.
