  • Segment and slice orange (I use mandarins) into 3 pieces per segment. Place into bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, nuke oats in 1/2 cup water for 45 seconds. Stir. Nuke for another 20 seconds. Stir. Add about 1/3 cup water, or enough to make the consistency 'soupy'.
  • Top orange segments with yogurt, add oat mixture, and stir to mix. Enjoy!

  1. I always have vanilla yogurt on hand for smoothies, but decided I'd like to try this recipe using an orange flavor! Also used 2 small, very tasty orange I had ~ Quickly made for a GREAT tasting, different breakfast! Next time I try the mandarins! Thanks for posting this EASY recipe! I'm only 16 years old but come from a family big in cooking! I like things that aren't too too complicated, but are also pretty healthy as well (meaning I often find myself changing family recipes to suit my lifestyle). And dishes.. I hate doing dishes, arghh, lol. Other than that I'm starting my own jewelery business in a couple weeks, and my 17th birthday is coming up in May! Yay! :D
