Even if you are not find of spinach, this recipe is lovely.
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups spinach, cooked and chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 cup half-and-half
- salt and pepper
- melt butter and add spinach.
- cook for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flour, stir thoroughly and add half and half.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
- Sprinkle wtih paprika.
Super easy & very good. I did replace the flour with cornstarch in order to keep it gluten free. Thanks for the easy recipe. It was a hit at lunch today :)
