  1. melt butter and add spinach.
  2. cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with flour, stir thoroughly and add half and half.
  4. Cook 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
  6. Sprinkle wtih paprika.

Super easy & very good. I did replace the flour with cornstarch in order to keep it gluten free. Thanks for the easy recipe. It was a hit at lunch today :)
