    Directions:

      Peel & Slice Potatoes into large pot. Cover with water.

      Cook until potatoes are very soft.

      Drain potatoes (do not rinse).
    4. 4
      Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl (while potatoes are still hot).

      Beat until creamy.
