Creamy, buttery, mashed potatoes.
- Peel & Slice Potatoes into large pot. Cover with water.
- Cook until potatoes are very soft.
- Drain potatoes (do not rinse).
- Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl (while potatoes are still hot).
- Beat until creamy.
